Jarod Cannicott was raised in the Oklahoma City metro area and attended The University of Oklahoma graduating in 2005 with a B.S in Computer Engineering. After a period at Hewlett-Packard and receiving an MBA from The University of Texas, Jarod worked in the Energy industry for 11 years in a variety of roles before deciding to transition into healthcare. Purchasing the Edmond and Oklahoma City BrightStar franchise in 2021 allowed Jarod to focus on what he enjoys most:  Having a positive impact on the lives of those in need by building teams focused on the customer experience.

A dedicated and experienced registered nurse, Bethany brings over 20 years of diverse healthcare experience to BrightStar Care. Her journey began in Michigan, where she honed her skills across various departments, including medical-surgical units, emergency rooms, and post-anesthesia care. In 2018, Bethany relocated to Oklahoma and continued her passion for patient care. She coordinated referrals for a non-profit organization, tackled complex cases at Stephenson Cancer Center's Brain Tumor Clinic, and provided compassionate support to patients undergoing chemotherapy. Bethany joined BrightStar Care in 2022 as a part-time nurse, quickly showcasing her leadership and dedication. Within a year, she earned the well-deserved promotion to Director of Nursing. In this role, she plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for all BrightStar clients. Bethany's dedication extends beyond the workplace. She actively supports her daughter's rowing team at the University of Oklahoma, demonstrating her commitment to community and family.

Oklahoma native Diane returned home from California after the successful sale of her own marketing company, drawn to serve her community's seniors. For almost three years at BrightStar Care, she's been their champion, ensuring seniors receive all the services available to them. Diane's warmth and expertise put clients at ease, showcasing the services that empower them to thrive. After 15 years delighting diners at local restaurant, Bravo!, she embraced a new career in healthcare administration. Now, as our Operations Manager, she orchestrates exceptional care for every client. Her natural empathy and intuitive approach ensure seamless transitions and personalized attention. Born and raised in El Reno, Tosha's warmth extends beyond her role. When not coordinating care, you'll find her volunteering with children or exploring the outdoors, always cherishing time with loved ones.

Oklahoma native Garyn injects a blend of warmth and expertise into BrightStar Care. Her dual B.A. in Applied Technology and Vocal Performance translates into a talent for organization and communication, making her a scheduling maestro. Six years as a Certified Pharmacy Technician honed her patient-centered approach, evident in her dedication to seamless care delivery. Garyn's infectious enthusiasm and positive spirit uplift both colleagues and patients. Whether navigating complex schedules or offering a friendly smile, Garyn's dedication shines through. Driven by a deep desire to make a difference, Katie brings over 8 years of diverse healthcare experience to her role as Nurse Manager at BrightStar Care. From honing her skills in the ICU to spearheading the Integris Health at Home program, Katie thrives on exceeding patient needs. Now, at BrightStar, she translates her expertise into personalized care plans, ensuring each patient receives the support they deserve. Driven by a passion for holistic wellness and human connection, Amanda embarked on a new career path after 16 years in restaurant management. Equipped with dual certifications in Women's Wellness and Wellness Education, she thrived as the manager of a Therapeutic Massage Studio & Wellness Spa, laying the groundwork for her current role as Recruiting Manager at BrightStar Care. In late 2022, Amanda joined BrightStar Care, drawn to their patient-centered approach. But her talent for building genuine connections soon led her to the role of Recruiting Manager.
