BrightStar Care, owned and operated by Bob Brueckman, recently announced that William Jones has accepted the role of branch manager of the organization’s Easton location.
Jones has been with BrightStar Care since April, 2017 when he started as Easton’s administrative assistant and most recently worked as client care coordinator. Jones started his college career at Salisbury University and later transferred to Wilmington University where he studies Human Resource Management. Prior to joining BrightStar, he spent five years as the assistant Aquatics director for the YMCA in Cambridge.
As branch manager, Jones is responsible for daily operations of BrightStar Care’s Easton location, including client care coordination, and oversight of the care staff and administrative staff.
“At BrightStar Care, we pride ourselves on the strength of our leadership team, administrative staff and caregiving professionals,” says Brueckman. “William has been a vital part of the Easton team for the past two years and our clients, family members and caregivers have a wonderful rapport with him, often speaking of his commitment to providing quality customer service. As an Eastern Shore native, he shares our organization’s vision to not only be a provider of quality in-home care, but to also be a source for educational programs in the communities we serve.”
BrightStar Care provides home care services, making it possible for people to age in place and recover from illnesses and injuries at home. The organization specializes in caring for people with complex medical needs – pediatric through geriatric – including Alzheimer’s disease and various dementias, ALS, end-of-life support, paralysis, and many conditions requiring skilled nursing care including IV therapy and wound care. The BrightStar Care team offers both personal care provided by a home health aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and care for complex medical needs provided by a Registered Nurse (RN).
Brueckman is the president and owner of BrightStar Care of Anne Arundel County, Easton and Salisbury, serving clients in Anne Arundel and Prince George’s counties and the entire Eastern Shore of Maryland. Additional information about services provided by BrightStar can be obtained by calling 410-820-4200 or by visiting www.brightstarcare.com.
