Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) robs our loved ones of the ability to walk, talk, and do usual daily activities. The ALS Walk is a way to build a community, fundraise, and bring ALS awareness to others as we march together toward a cure for ALS.This last weekend, BrightStar Care of Des Moines, Iowa had the honor of attending the walk to defeat ALS! We have had the privilege of serving adult and senior clients who have been affected by ALS and it was so very special to represent and show our support for them.
