At BrightStar Care family in Denton we have decided to reach out to the community in order to spread the word about our higher standard of caregiving. Our business developer, Tracy Miller has reached out to independent living apartments and homes to create fun parties and get together were the seniors are able to learn more about the care that they deserve.
On June 18, 2021 BrightStar Care partnered with Attiva to create a fun event. Attiva is an Active Living community were residents are 55+. When we partnered we were able to create a Lua'u themed party that with snocones, punch, and an amazing DJ that sang all his songs. The party was a way to advertise to the seniors that if they needed care they were able to get it through BrightStar Care. Each of the seniors will be receiving a bag of goodies with merhchandise from BrightStar and information on how our care could be useful to the seniors.
On July 2nd our marketing team paired up with Sequoia Park Apartments an independent living community to celebrate the 4th of July. This was the first gathering since the start of COVID-19 the seniors were very excited to see their friends and have many lively disscussions. We all feasted on hot dogs, potato salad and lots of dessert. It was a fantastic way to celebrate the United States. We also said goodbye to the orange walls. Sequoia Apartments are soon to receive a new paint job and BrightStar Care can not wait until we can throw parties in a brand new painted room.
