Cynthia. Curtis has been my caregiver for the past week. Fortunately I am recovering from the flu and have not needed her that long. I do know that Cynthia is always very prompt, neat and clean in her appearance and friendly. My care is first thing on her mind. She’s willing to do any kind of household chore that may present itself and fix meals as needed. I hope I don’t need Bright Star again. If I.do, I hope I'm fortunate enough to have Cynthia!

We started using Brightstar 9 months ago to help with our 97 year old Dad. Our overall experience has been fantastic. We have had Lisa McAllister sitting with Dad on and off. He has been so happy. Lisa is very kind to him . She is trustworthy and we know our Dad is in good hands.

The caregiver for my Mom has been extremely warm and really cares for her. Mariay is wonderful at keeping her company and helping Mom with the things she is unable to do for herself.

We found BrightStar Care when our Dad came home from the hospital with a broken hip, and we continued their care for Mom after Dad passed. She struggled physically and cognitively and needed someone 24 hours a day. Our Mom was a social butterfly so BrightStar provided caregivers who also enjoy talking! Whenever a caregiver unexpectedly could not come, BrightStar’s scheduler found another caregiver quickly so Mom would not be on her own. The last several months were especially difficult, but everyone at BrightStar was incredibly patient, kind and caring. We thank God for BrightStar Care. He answered so many prayers through them and their special care of our family.

BrightStar has been an amazing part of our lives. My parents have been receiving in-home assistance and we can not recommend BrightStar enough. Communication between the in-home care people and the in-office support staff and the adult children of my parents has been excellent. We TRUST these people with our parents and all their needs since we live thousands of miles away. Viraj, Jenny, Barbara, Carolyn, and Taranna are truly amazing and go above and beyond making this difficult situation easier for everyone. My parents really like having them in their home and taking them to appointments and stores. They even make sure they can still see their friends and get to the gym and park for exercise! We feel extremely lucky to have found BrightStar.
