I’ve been a client of Brightstar for almost 3 1/2 years. Ashley has been my caregiver for 3 years now and I don’t know what I’d do without her. She’s been with me through surgeries and has helped me regain my independence afterwards. She understands and respects how I like things done and is always thinking ahead about what I might need when she’s not here. Amariana is a recent addition to my caregiving team and she’s great as well. Very caring and supportive of my needs as well and looking forward to her being here with me for a long time. I would recommend Brightstar to anyone needing home health care.

I chose BrightStar because they provide medically supported caregiving and because they have experience with billing Long Term Care Insurance companies. The Billing Manager, Rebecca Quinn Baker has been extremely reliable and helpful. She has been very cooperative in helping me communicate with the insurance company. In addition, my husband's Brightstar caregiver Danaria is great. I trust her to make good decisions when I'm not there, and in addition, to follow through independently with what I've asked her to do.

The BrightStar team was amazing, the nurses on staff (Netti, Kim and Shamila) were very caring for my father, making sure he was as healthy and comfortable as possible. The caregivers (Sarah, Zach and Jen) made sure the house was in order and that my father had everything he needed when he was out and about. Everyone on the team was respectful and responsive and when anything else was needed the manager, Dakota, made sure it was taken care of no matter the hour of the day, or day of the week. It was a great experience and I felt my father was in good hands the whole time.

We have been so happy with the care providers BrightStar has sent to work with my step mom, who is non-ambulatory with alzheimers. Mel goes above and beyond engaging her in activities, music, singing, getting outside in the sun, and being part of the medical needs she has. Living so far away from my parents is hard. It helps to know there is good managed in home care to rely on.

We are very happy with Bright Star Care . My parents are very happy with the caregiver Shanon she's very friendly and professional and helpful. I Would highly recommend her. I am so happy that we found someone that we can trust with our elderly parents. As time went on we really needed 24-hour care for our parents and Bright Star really did help us out a lot they were there when we were in time of need. One of the caregivers that really stand out to me is Mel she was awesome My parents also really liked her from the staff in the office from all the caregivers that filled in and helped us I couldn't remember all their names but they really helped us get through a tough time I really appreciate all of them!!!
