It is with great pleasure that BrightStar Care of Chicago and La Grange announces and introduces Khadijah Livingston as a Customer Care Manager for our team.Khadijah has worked in the healthcare field for over twelve years with experiences in home health care, hospitals, mental health and substance abuse treatment centers, and primary care offices. She has a background working as a Patient service Representative with Presence Medical Group and was a Patient Service Coordinator Supervisor for Alaska Heart Institute. Khadijah has worked as a Clinical Client Care Coordinator at American Addiction Centers at Desert Hope and assisted with mental health treatment services as a Mental Health Tech with Universal Health Services. Khadijah has a passion for helping people and strives to see the best care provided for those she serves.
Khadijah will play a huge role in scheduling assignments, monitoring time and attendance, handling issues and concerns, and most importantly, getting to know our private duty and medical staffing clients.
