IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR TO REFLECT

The holiday season tends to make me and others at our BrightStar Care introspective. Every year I, and I’m sure you also, reflect on what is of value and adds a feeling of joy. For me, the owners of BrightStar Care of Chicago & La Grange and my co-workers it is family, health, friends and resilient professional associations as well as seeing even those who start as strangers impacted by our interactions.

So now in this season, we think, how can we leap into the next year bringing our best self into the lives of others & what patterns can we leave behind? For those we’ve helped, we are grateful to have been present in that moment. To those we’ve helped in a simple way or in those more serious, emotional situations we’ve appreciated the compliment that you turned to us to assist. To all, we ask that you are transparent & let us know how we can better serve you & all. Here’s to the journey, our friends, acquaintances and professional connections, we wish you the best this holiday season & for all days in the upcoming year.

Our office phones are answered by our own staff 24/7 even on holidays at either 312-382-8888 or 708-551-2500 and faxes go to 312-906-8282 for both private duty and supplemental medical staffing in facilities and communities.

Our goal individually and that of BrightStar Care is to assist families with a higher standard of care. During this time of year you and many other families may notice changes in loved ones that could use a little special treatment to keep them safe and comfortable in their own home, wherever home might be. We are here to help with no minimums and experienced non-medical and medical staff.
