Client satisfaction is measured through Press Ganey Client Satisfaction surveys and both client and caregiver satisfaction are measured through Home Care Pulse surveys. I would say that BrightStar Care is a good agency to work for because they pay each week, you can get the hours that you want and they will give you the flexibility that you need depending on your situation.
