After my 80-year-old mom was hospitalized with pneumonia, she recovered from the acute infection but was still very weak, and the hospital wouldn't release her without 24/7 supervision. I called Brightstar and they were able to get a care plan in place for us starting the very next day, with complete coverage arranged for the next two weeks. Being able to return home quickly (rather than staying in the hospital environment, waiting for a nursing facility spot) was hugely beneficial for my mom's recovery. In the months that followed, the Brightstar team regularly checked in about what we needed and adapted accordingly. The team is very professional, with strong communication and a positive, caring approach. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
