Stanford University and Department of Public Health, Public Health Nursing have even put together an interactive workshop to help and offer free information. Through this 7 session program, you will come out feeling more energized, be in better health shape, confident in being able to manage on your own, and maintain an active lifestyle. Richmond seniors will learn healthy living and eating habits, learn communications kills, learning the healthcare system, and many other useful tools. Family and caregiver participation is greatly encouraged, to help promote open communication and accountability.
