We are all facing challenges as we combat the COVID-19 Virus. Healthy children and adults are most able to cope with this new reality - better than our vulnerable elders.
BrightStar Care is working with our clients, their families and our Caregivers to balance everyone’s needs. When schools close, our Caregivers are challenged to care for their clients because they have to be home with their children. Our clients still need the care; closing our business or working from home is not an option.
Fortunately, we have great working relationships with our clients, their families and our Caregivers. Many family members are stepping in and caring for their loved ones. Many Caregiver’s families and friends are helping care for their children so they can go to work. Our Office Staff and Nurses are filling in when needed. It is a Team Effort.
We thank everyone who is stepping up on the front lines to care, not only for those infected with COVID-19, but for those whose regular care needs also need to be met. We appreciate you!
