When most people think of spring–cleaning, they think of dusting their baseboards, getting all their useless junk out of the garage, or maybe tidying up their garden. However, what comes to my mind when I think of spring–cleaning are all the ways you can spring–clean your health. Just as spring is a time to look at ways to improve the state of your home, it should also be a time to consider how you can improve your health.
