I would like to commend AnnMarie from Bright Star Care for the excellent care she gives my Marine Corp Veteran. We are beyond words for her pleasant attitude and her commitment to Health Care . I am 92 years old and have had caregiver “Sonya” since November 2023. She comes to my home three mornings a week for four hours. And provides the services I find somewhat difficult to do. My mobility requires the use of a cane. She does light housework, more than I would expect, washes my clothes, bathes me and makes my lunch. She also brings me grocery shopping, which is great, since I have difficulty carrying packages. She usually in a pleasant mood, singing softly while doing the chores. She is just what I need as I recover from my injury.

BrightStar Agency is a lifesaver at my group home! Their staff truly goes the extra mile, and the office does a fantastic job finding the right fit for us regardless of the shift. Communication is excellent, and they even call sometimes to check in and offer assistance. They have CNAs, LPNs and RNs, making it easy to find who I need, when I need them. I truly enjoy working with BrightStar and recommend them to any group home.

BrightStar has friendly and kind staffers that work hard to find your coverage. I have called when in need for last minute call outs and the team at BrightStar worked fast to find coverage. Thank you Sam program supervisor

I had major foot surgery and had to take 4 weeks off work, but still unable to drive for another 3 weeks. I made one phone call & BrightStar seamlessly scheduled a driver to/from work. It was such a stress reliever & I was in the best of care with Helaine and team. Special thanks to Salma & Attiyah for extra special kindness, patience & flexibility. I would recommend this service to all- this was through my husbands company’s EAP program.
