BrightStar Care provides service to veterans like myself thru a VA contract at the Minneapolis VA hospital for veterans who are 100% VA rated disabled. Have used BrightStar twice. First time was for a wound care situation. This second time is perpetual for life as they do I.N.R.s on me monthly. Their people are top notch and caring they even advised me to cancel a contract with a wishy-washy deck company that tried to rip off this veteran. Erin is my nurse currently and I have a cordial relationship with she makes me and my wife feel comfortable and confident in that I am receiving the best care possible. They even send holiday and birthday cards to clients which brings a tear to my eye. Would seriously recommend this company to anyone that needs a caring and professional company. They make me feel appreciated and like a human being. Not like other companies that see $$$ instead of people.

BrightStar and our caregiver, Amisi, came to our rescue when we quickly needed daily care. Amisi has a natural compassion for people and is excellent with technical caregiving skills. We highly recommend.

We want to share how Kaylin is such an amazing caregiver! We had surprise family members (grandchildren) in town for my mother's birthday and at times it got busy. Kaylin was fantastic this weekend keeping my dad calm and safe as she was always attentive to all his needs whether it was to have rest time when he got overstimulated or helping him with transitions and directions. My dad has a special connection with Kaylin and it was evident this weekend. We wanted to make sure she got some kudos for all she did for him. We really appreciate how she helped us as we celebrated my mothers birthday and thanks to Kaylin, my mother was able to enjoy her son and the surprise visit of grandchildren and not worry about Meredith and caring for him.
