I love my nurse, Autumn! She is great with scheduling. She is compassionate and kind. And Brightstar also was so good about scheduling my iron infusions while my nurse was out of town.

My Brighstar nurse is incredible! Amy goes above and beyond to help me and always puts my care first. She is one of the best healthcare providers I have ever had the privilege of having care for me. She works seamlessly with my large care team and helps us navigate hurdles. She always advocates for me. On top of that, her dedication to providing correct nursing care has kept me safe during my infusions and helped me to get the help I need. I have been able to improve exponentially because of her care and dedication.

BrightStar Care has recently provided me with excellent service as a fill-in for my caregiving responsibilities with my elderly mother when I needed to go out of town during the past 2 days. In particular ; Brenda Needham ---who is BrightStar's Director of Nursing provided outstanding care for my mother and assistance to me . I also think that BrightStar's intake staff have done a great job of walking me through the process beginning with my initial phone call to their office and then all the steps thereafter in order to get the above-described fill-in/temporary care in place for me when I needed to go out of town on a short-term basis. The communications by all of the BrightStar Care staff I've worked with have been excellent. They also get high marks from me due to their patience with my communications & questions along the way !!

The team at Brightstar is responsive and cares deeply for their clients. They have helped support residents in our community over the years, and the families have been happy with their care and support. They are a great option to explore when needing supportive care fir your loved one!

Stefanie B from BrightStar Howell Is very efficient and very nice. She has been taking care of my 94 year old father for 8 months and takes care of all my father’s needs.. We feel very happy to have met her as she is very professional. She does house work Changes bedding, , cooks and is social with my wheelchair bound father . She even loves our dog !
