Chris Jackson, MBA
OwnerChris has been a resident of Northern Colorado since December of 2018 when his family moved from Southern California. He has started several businesses over the years, but it is being the owner at BrightStar Care of Northern Colorado that has been the most fulfilling. When he was in high school, his 90-year-old grandmother moved in with his family and his mother became her fulltime caretaker. Through the next couple years, he witnessed firsthand the improved quality of life home care brought to his grandmother’s life during her later years. It was this experience that led Chris to pursue an opportunity in home health care and it is BrightStar's commitment to providing the highest standard of personal and skilled care that led him to offer this unparalleled care to our community. When Chris is not working in the business, he enjoys spending time with his children, Brooke, Luke and Molly. Chris and his family hope that if you or your loved one ever needs our assistance, or if you simply need some questions answered, you will not hesitate to call us. It would be our privilege to serve you.

Shantay Marcos
Vice PresidentMy name is Shantay Marcos and I am the Vice President of BrightStar Care of Northern Colorado. I began my journey with BrightStar Care in December of 2019 as the Director of Nursing. I became an RN in 2017 and have loved every minute of it. I started my health care journey as a CNA at a young age in home care which started my passion for what we do here. After working as a nurse in acute settings I realized that I missed the personal connection that home care can bring. I enjoy being able to support our staff to provide exceptional care while keeping organizational procedures at the highest standards. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three young kids. I am an avid runner and will pick up almost any book for fun. I look forward to many more years of serving our community with BrightStar Care.
