We're Celebrating Caregivers!
Thank you to all our wonderful caregivers for your heroic efforts during the COVID-19 Pandemic!On February 19th, BrightStar Care of Boulder / Broomfield will recognize and honor all of our hard-working and dedicated staff who provide care to clients all year round. On the third Friday of each February, we help celebrate them and the thousands of family caregivers who work in the Boulder and Broomfield area. With so many caregivers in Boulder, there is a good chance that you know at least one.

Take time to thank a caregiver for their dedication and care of our loved ones. There are several ways to show your appreciation:
- Give them a card of thanks.
- Let them know with a kind word of encouragement.
- Tell their supervisor how much you appreciate the services.

Eldercare Locator is a public service of the U.S. Administration on Aging connecting you to services for older adults and their families.
The National Council on Aging (NCOA) is a respected national leader and trusted partner to help people aged 60+ meet the challenges of aging.
The National Association of Area Agencies on Aging’s primary mission is to build the capacity of our members so they can help older adults and people with disabilities live with dignity and choices in their homes and communities for as long as possible.
Family Caregiver Alliance, founded in 1977, is the first community-based nonprofit organization in the country to address the needs of families and friends providing long-term care for loved ones at home.
Caregiver Action Network is the nation’s leading family caregiver organization working to improve the quality of life for more than 90 million Americans.
Established in 1996, the National Alliance for Caregiving is a nonprofit coalition of national organizations focused on improving the lives of family caregivers.
ARCH (Access to Respite Care and Help) is a nonprofit organization which seeks to promote respite services for the nation’s 65 million family caregivers regardless of age, disability or family situation. Respite has been shown to improve family well-being, promote family caregiver health, and help avoid or delay more costly out-of-home placements.
The American Association of Caregiving Youth (AACY) is the only organization in the United States that identifies, recognizes and supports children who care for ill, aging and/or disabled family members.
