I appreciate the care, respect and professionalism I receive from all Brightstar staff. If I have any type of concern, the matter is immediately rectified. I usually contact Bobbi, Kori or Amy, and they immediately ensure my needs are their highest priority. If anyone needs personal care, BrightStar should be their first call. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. My Personal Care Person shall not be named, because she is the BEST & I honestly do not want to share. I'm usually needy, not greedy. However, when it comes to her, I AM!! lol

I’m sorry for posting this so late! But I just wanted to finally leave a review for the most amazing nurses, Bobbi and Jenny. Bobbi took me on as a patient even though she had a full schedule. She knew I needed care so she managed to make room for me. Even though I know she’s extremely busy already! I was very nervous but Bobbi made me feel really comfortable and talked me through what she was doing and why. Jenny began training with us a few months in and was able to care for me on her own within just a few visits. These two are so sweet, kind, and caring. They both are so knowledgeable and it shows. They’re rays of sunshine and I’m so so grateful that I was blessed with the two greatest nurses at BrightStar.

I can’t say enough good things about our caregiver, Shar. Working with her has been a god-send, and with no exaggeration, life-changing. She is the most professional, caring, kind human being we’ve crossed paths with throughout the journey of caring for my loved one. While others may do the bare minimum, or check boxes to clock out, Shar demonstrates the gold standard for a professional in her field. She is timely, hard-working, knowledgeable in her skills, genuinely cares for others, and makes a house into a happier home. She goes above and beyond to make sure not only the patient is well-loved and looked after, but that the family has peace of mind and is set up for success upon her absence. She continues her education and skill growth, while consistently providing for others and asking how she can do better and how she can best be of help to you and your loved ones. If I could clone Shar, I would make a million of her. She is priceless, and well worth her high demand. If you are in need of someone you can count on, it’s Shar. just wanted to share how grateful I am for your amazing staff. Even though I haven't used your services before, I had a life-changing experience recently. Ms. Goldberg, one of your employees, saw me in a tough situation when my son was choking. She was out with her own son but didn’t hesitate to run over and help us. Her quick actions made a huge difference, and I can’t thank her enough. It took me some time to find out who she was, but I truly appreciate her kindness. It’s clear you have wonderful people working for you. I’ll definitely recommend your place to others because of this experience. Thank you for having such caring staff! I will keep you guys in mind for any future services for my elderly parents ! With an employee like that I will love for your company to take care of my parents !
