With over 25 years of experience as a senior executive in consumer-facing businesses and B2B SaaS within the IT industry, Jeet had the opportunity to lead machine learning and AI-powered product initiatives at Amazon, Dell, and IBM, where Jeet managed global teams of 60+ engineers. Jeet's career has encompassed key leadership roles, allowing me to develop expertise in strategic planning, business development, team building, marketing, education, and finance. 

Jeet is passionate about providing exceptional care to our clients and am excited to work alongside our dedicated team of RNs, CNAs, LPN,s, PTs, caregivers, and business leaders. Together, we share a commitment to delivering high-quality service and making a meaningful difference in the lives and health of your loved ones. Our goal is to continue expanding our reach to serve even more families across the Lowell, Andover, and Acton territories.

On a personal note, Jeet has been happily married for 16 years and has a 15-year-old son and a 5-year-old pet. Jeet holds a Master’s degree from Boston University and, by profession, is a technology executive. Outside of work, I enjoy performing comedy on stage, playing tennis, and traveling the world.

Shweta brings over 15 years of diverse experience in healthcare, biotechnology, IT, HR, digital marketing, and pharmaceuticals to our team. Her extensive background provides her with a deep understanding of patient needs and the complexities of the healthcare landscape.

With a Master’s degree in Life Sciences and early career experience in hospitals, clinics, and lab research, Shweta offers a well-rounded perspective to patient care and operations management. Her varied skill set allows her to effectively oversee marketing strategies, manage customer relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Shweta is deeply committed to providing exceptional, compassionate, and personalized care that feels like family, making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves. Working alongside her husband, Jeet, and a team of dedicated RNs, CNAs, LPNs, PTs, HR/Sales professionals, HHAs, and caregivers, Shweta is dedicated to ensuring peace of mind for families within our communities.

Outside of her professional life, Shweta enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her 15-year-old son and their 5-year-old Maltese pup, and connecting with others. Her love for cooking and caring for people perfectly complements her passion for delivering outstanding care. Together with her husband, she is actively involved in local nonprofit organizations, further strengthening their connection to the community.
