I wanted to thank BrightStar Care for everything you have done to care for my dad during a difficult year in 2026. It has been an incredibly challenging time since my mom passed away on January 1 2026. I honestly do not know how my dad would have made it through without your services, and especially the care of these two very special ladies Janice and Kassie. They have gone above and beyond every single day, always with a smile, genuine compassion, and an incredible commitment to my dad's well-being. They are truly exceptional, and we believe they deserve to be recognized for the extraordinary work they do. I know it took a little while to find the right caregiving schedule and the right match, but we absolutely hit a home run with these two special people. When we first came to you, my dad was very apprehensive and really did not want much help. Today, after everything he has been through and now being on the other side of his recovery, his two angels are Janice and Kassie. From the very beginning, really from day one with each of them, he knew they were a perfect fit. He never had to ask about anything because they always seemed to know what needed to be done and how to do it. What none of us fully realized at the time was that, beyond the physical care, what he truly needed most was emotional support, companionship, and friendship. Janice and Kassie delivered that and so much more. It was an incredibly painful time for my dad. After losing his wife of 61 years, he learned just one week later that he had cancer throughout his body. It was a long and difficult road filled with so many huge challenges, but Janice and Kassie became an essential part of his recovery. We plan to continue having them care for him in some capacity even after he has fully recovered because their assistance, friendship, and presence have become so important to his quality of life. He often tells us that he feels they are now part of our family. No matter what kind of day he is having or what new request comes up, they always respond with a smile, compassion, patience, and genuine kindness. They have been nothing short of amazing, and our family will always be grateful for the difference they have made in his life. I also want to thank both of you for everything you did during the early stages of this journey, as well as Tanya for the many, many phone calls it took to get everything just right. She has been wonderful throughout this process and has built such a great relationship with my dad that she simply calls him directly whenever she needs something. After my dad's hospital stay, everything changed again. We suddenly needed around-the-clock care, and that created a whole new set of challenges. Once again, BrightStar rose to the occasion. You worked incredibly hard to honor my dad's request to have Janice and Kassie with him as much as possible. I know that balancing schedules and providing that level of consistency is not easy, but your team came through in every way possible. That continuity of care made an enormous difference in both his recovery and his peace of mind. Please share our deepest gratitude with Janice, Kassie, Tanya, and everyone at BrightStar Care. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found your organization. Thank you for your professionalism, your compassion, and for treating my dad with such dignity and kindness during one of the most difficult seasons of our family's lives.

Pretty great place to work for! Was at this location for almost 3 years! And the only reason I'm leaving is to move, and I plan on staying with the company after I move and working with brightstar in my new state! Would recommend if you love what you do and are a fan of at home care jobs!

I recently began service with BrightStar Care for my husband who has Alzheimer's. The first visit with the staff included an assessment from a nurse. Based on the care plan written by the nurse, a caregiver was then selected that matched our needs. Brian D. has been wonderful! The agency impressed me with the care and professionalism they took in getting us the help that we needed!

Our family is incredibly grateful for the care and compassion BrightStar has provided to our dad during such a difficult time. Janice and Kassi especially have treated him with patience, dignity, kindness, and genuine warmth every single day. What has meant the most to us is knowing he is in such caring hands when we can’t be there ourselves. The small moments of conversation, comfort, and human connection has made a lasting impact not only on him, but on our entire family.

BrightStar was a good alternative to Rehab, which wasn’t an option. Tanya was very accommodating in scheduling, as I didn’t know how much care I would need. There were too many hours initially, and Tanya was willing to change the schedule to meet my needs. Caregivers were all professional and on time, and willing to walk when that was my major request. Chyann stood out because she was both a good listener and intuitive about what needed to be done. She made good suggestions, reminded me to use the walker and helped with laundry, Swiffering the floor, reading the Slocum guidebook of what I needed to do, and was overall very friendly and helpful. Thanks to both Tanya and Chayann for making my experience with BrightStar a good one.

I currently work for BrightStar and they are a great company to work for. I decided to attend CNA school and they worked my schedule so I could stay work part time. The owners Jennifer and Mark really do go above and behind for their employees and clients. Great staff in the office, kind nurses. Consider applying or having a family member being provided high quality care.
