My father is a Vietnam Veteran with Vascular Dementia. BrightStar is contracted by the VA to offer care to our Veterans in need which is how I met them. I’m so grateful for the care, kindness, attention to details, & partnership I’ve received from BrightStar in caring for my dad. They responded to every need I asked of them for & delivered it in a timely manner with kindness & respect. My father is now in a VA Memory Care Home so our time with BrightStar has ended however I will always be grateful & hold a special place in my heart for their kindness & care for my father!!!

I have had a wonderful experience with Brightstar Care. My grandfather is a veteran and received services for homemaking from them. When unexpected circumstances happened and we needed to increase time we chose to continue working with Brightstar and they worked with us to ensure that my grandparents had coverage. They do well communicating what is happening. I have called many times to talk with Lisa, Tyeshia and Linda all of them are very pleasant and have gone above and beyond for me and my family. The workers my grandparents have at their home go above and beyond. We got very lucky to have some compassionate workers that truly care about my grandparents. One of their caretakers is now famous in their household for making their ham tomato sandwiches and when I go over to visit with my grandparents I am happy to see a scoresheet of a dominoes game with their caretaker Katrina playing with them.

We had a five star experience with BrightStar Care Chicago. Gideon cared for my 91 year old father to help him recover from both Covid ( breakthrough infection) and a fall. Gideon was a compassionate caretaker who is also excellent company. BrightStar made it so easy to start services and add on as needed. My dad us now completely recovered!
