Absolutely awesome place that really does understand the hardships of caregiving! To this point, my LO has been managed in a retirement community but should additional services be needed, Bright Star is who I will call first! Tamra is so kind & empathetic. When I have people ask me about home care, this is who I always recommend! Tamra is knowledgeable of so many resources in the community as well! A true blessing for the Hot Springs area!

I called this place at 9 PM last night to leave a message so someone could call me back today, but a woman answered. Before I knew it I was crying to this stranger, my family found out yesterday that my moms cancer has spread. My mom wants to come home, the hospital recommended hospice upstairs, so I wanted to know options. Like you I Googled, saw all of their 5 star reviews and thought why not. After calling I know why they have 5 star reviews. At 9 PM Tamara answered and for the next hour and a half she consoled me, sympathized with me, and explained my options. I don't know what we are going to do, but if my mom comes home we are having hospice and BrightStar take care of her. If you doubt these reviews just call and talk to her, she will convince you why they are the best. Thank you for your kindness last night.

If I didn't have Brightstar I would not be able to live in my own home. I don't need alot of help, but I can't do everything for myself. If it wasn't for Brightstar I would be living in a nursing home, and I don't want to live there. My CNA is Kassy and she is great, with her help I can keep living on my own for a long time and that makes me very happy. Tamera in the office is nice to she calls and checks on me every month. Brightstar is a very good company.

Above & Beyond! My sister lived in Hot Springs, she did not have friends able to help her, she no longer drove, and had no family there to assist her. She did have Bright star and had them for 5 years. Over those years the caregivers helped her pack and unpack when she moved, the lady that runs it would go to the store for her, take her to pick up her dogs from the groomer, the manager even found a way to have a lift chair delivered to her. But last year when my sister got covid the manager and caregiver went daily to look after my sister's animals and apartment. After the virus took my sister the manager collected personal affects from my sister's apartment before the complex threw everything out and mailed them to me, and found homes for my sister's animals. This is not her job, this act of kindness was completely above and beyond. I had not seen my sister in 20 years because neither of us could travel any longer. What the manager of Bright star did by returning those items was return my sister to me. It gives me great comfort knowing my sister had these women in her life all the way to the end because I know my sister was loved. If I ever need help where I live I am calling a Bright star. When my friends need help I tell them to find a Bright star. If you want people that will really love your loved one you need Bright star.

BrightStar care has been so helpful in preparing for and taking care of my grandmother. They took care of transferring her long term care insurance and put my concerns at ease. Our permanent caregiver loves my grandmother and helps her with her personal care needs. I would recommend BrightStar to anyone looking for in-home care for a loved one.

I am an RN Case Manager for a local home health which is a totally different service from home care. All to often home health services do not cover all my patients needs so to be able to assist them better I call Tamara at Brightstar. To be clear this is the only home care agency I refer to for the following reasons: Tamara reaches out to my patients immediately and often meets with them within 24 hours to get help set up, my work is 24/7 and I can reach someone at Brightstar 24/7, I’ve listened to Tamara in in-services and I believe she cares about those her agency serves, but lastly after Brightstar starts care with my patients my patients have nothing but wonderful things to say about their caregivers, and the caregivers I have met were always kind, professionally dressed, and showed a genuine interest in learning from me how they can better care for our patient. I recommend Brightstar and will continue to use them for my patients.

Bright Star staff are amazing. The quality of assistance and caring have been so helpful to our family. Our caregiver, Barbara, was able to do more with our loved one in 30 minutes than our family members have been able to do in months!
