Brightstar care is a great company. Everyone is patient and kind, from the nurses that come over the house for assessments, to the schedulers, and of course, the caregivers themselves. The company is also very flexible. I would highly recommend Brightstar to those who need a home care agency.

Bright Star Care was one of the only home care organizations what would allow us to set up an as-needed schedule when my sister's needs were minimal. We wanted to establish contact in the event her needs changed, because the family lives out of AZ. At first they visited once a week and helped her with small tasks. Then her needs did drastically change and we thougth she would require around the clock care. Just like that, BrightStar seemed to drop everything and plan a schedule for her, even over the weekend. It was such a relief to us. Sadly, her conditioned worsened and she passed away. All during that confusing and distressing time, BrightStar staff checked on us, wondering if they could be of assistance. A shout out to Christopher who was available by phone at all times, and Ava, who kindly guided us through. They both have a true calling for caring for the elderly, sick or disabled. EXCELLENT COVID-19 VACCINE PREP, DELIVERY & AFTERCARE was given to my husband and me by Colleen Johnson, LPN, at Safeway in Peoria. Colleen was the perfect mix of friendly, professional, competent, and thorough. Her great technique ensured we had no injection site issues. Being a nurse myself -- I am a tough critic when it comes to patient interactions and care. I can't say enough positive things about Colleen and her nursing skills. BrightStar is fortunate to have her on staff!
