Grapevine location of Brightstar have cared for my loved one for nearly 2 years and I have appreciated them for that. Although we recently left this agency, I would still highly recommend using this agency for your loved one. They followed my loved one's wishes to the best of their ability & communication between client/family and the schedule coordination (Mona) was strong. Whenever there was a staffing issue we were contacted immediately about it. I am a strong advocate for my loved one and want to make sure she is getting the quality of care that she deserves. Their business practice was also fantastic. The office is professional along with the caregivers/aide that they have supplied for us. Thank you to the office (& Melissa) for always being upfront and honest even though it may not always be best news - that shows character and I'm one to appreciate that.
