Roselynn with BrightStar Care was wonderful! My Mom is 93, and she’s both eight and hearing impaired. Mom was concerned that the staff member would show up allowing enough time to get her to her appointment. Not only did she show up timely, but she was plenty early, which is a big concern for Mom. She watched over her so carefully, coming to the door to pick her up, leading her to the car and ensuring she was safely secured in the vehicle. She did the same when she brought her back home. She was so, incredibly personable. Mom loved working with her and looks forward to working with her again in the future. Thanks so much for having Roselynn as a part of your team!

BrightStar Care of Denton has helped us tremendously after my Veteran husband was discharged from Emergency Hospital for Diabetic Keto Acidosis and other issues Tina called us after the VA approved care was very good at communicating and scheduling with us about the care and needs she has made us feel at ease and like a family member. Judith Nurse came out for assessment and was very helpful with our questions concerning insuln. Roselyn was assigned to us and was excellent in helping us with his care she has been a Godsend very polite and respectful and so helpful with housework, getting my husband to go on walk, a great help to me in getting our house back in order we were in process of completing the addition of downstairs walkin shower and converting office to office/bedroom with closet for his mobility issues. We had prayed for help and God sent us a wonderful woman of God to help. She just came in and started on housekeeping and assisting with what are needs were. It really took alot of burden off of us to have her help. She even brought us Roses they are beautiful. Pauline was helpful as well. Thank you so much for caring for us as family and not just a patient and job.

I am a 78 year old disabled Viet Nam Veteran with several physical issues that not only limit my ability to care for myself but also keep me from properly taking care of my wife of 59 years who is fighting Alzheimers. Our caregiver from Brightstar, Cherita, is a Godsend!! She seems to always know what needs to be or should be done. Transportation, personal care, meal planning, meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal safety needs, etc. etc. Cherita is always there to take care of everything. In addition, Cherita is a warm and wonderful companion for my wife and I can't tell you what a blessing it is for me to know that she has someone to watch and look after her if I need to take a nap or leave the house. In summary let me just say that the quality of our lives has improved dramatically thanks to Cherita's skills, dedication, and hard work. Thank you Brightstar for sharing her with us.
