Brightstar Care took very good care of my Dad for several years. The caregivers were very attentive to his needs and were patient with him. Sherrie, Barbara, and Jeff in the office were good to work with, as Dad's schedule changed from time to time they were always accommodating to adjust it. They also provided transportation to his doctor's appointments when he needed it. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with aging parents.

I live out of town and needed someone to take care of my dad. We tried a few companies but they seemed to find it difficult to get caregivers to go up the mountain. Thank you BrightStar!!! It was a struggle at first but Jeff was great to deal with scheduling and Sherrie recruited to find the perfect caregiver for my dad.

My wife had ALS and we were in need of caregivers who could help take care of her. Most people would choose playing cards with an old lady over the effort it takes to care for someone. I went through about 60 different caregivers and five different agencies over the 1.5 years of her illness and Brightstar was heads and shoulders above all of the others. Jeff tirelessly kept trying to find new caregivers to fill our shifts needed when others did not work out and he never gave up on us. I am forever grateful to this company

Our Story

When our owner Rick was a Senior in college, he was in an automobile accident. His Jeep caught on fire and he had to have skin grafts. While waiting for his wounds to heal enough for surgery, Rick had home care. Since that time, he has tried to honor customers and patients desire to stay at home. To get one lady home one summer in Sought Georgia, Rick had an Air Conditioning unit installed in her trailer. Otherwise, she would have had to remained in the hospital. BrightStar of Chattanooga wants to help people stay where they are most comfortable, at home.
