Brightstar is a beautiful facility inside and out! When I visited, many of the employees greeted me as I walked through the door. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! They all took great care of the residents. I happened to be there during one of their pet therapy sessions and the residents seemed to love having the animals there! I would love to go back and visit for one of those again!

Brightstar is by far the best facility I have ever worked in! As someone who has worked in other assisted living/ memory care facilities and worked for an agency where I visit multiple other places, I can confidently say the care Brightstar provides is top tier. Their quality of care far surpasses some of places I have stepped foot into. Each and every employee knows the residents niches like the back of their hand. Because of this, the employees are able to personalize care for each resident and meet their needs every single day. I truly could not recommend a better place for your family member! The facility is clean, well kept, and decorated amazingly from the inside out! Stop in and visit if you haven't already! :)

Maria is amazing as our nurse aide. She takes care of my husband while I work and that gives me peace of mind. The intake team does a nice job of accommodating the schedule we need.

The staff at Brightstar could not be better. I recently made the switch to Brightstar from another nursing company, who was no longer meeting my kiddos needs. Through PA requests and denials, the staff at Brightstar did not quit until my kiddos got the care they need. A special thanks to Megan, Destiny, Dawn and especially Pam for getting us approved and services started. I highly recommend Brightstar, they are courteous, professional and above all they make you their priority.

Kelly and Pat Luers started BrightStar Care® in 2009 to make a difference. They saw how hard it was to find care after Kelly’s mom was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig’s disease. So they founded BrightStar Care®. Since opening, BrightStar Care of Dayton has been committed to two goals: Being the best provider of home care in the area and being the best place to work.
