    Michelle Wentworth serves as the Director of Operations at BrightStar Care of Bel Air MD, where she brings a wealth of experience in organizational management and client services. With a robust background in healthcare, technology, and direct marketing, Michelle is instrumental in driving operational excellence and business growth.

    Michelle's professional journey is marked by significant roles that have honed her leadership and operational skills. At BrightStar Care of Bel Air MD, she has served as both the Director of Operations and Director of Client Services. In her current role, she oversees branch operations, ensuring adherence to BrightStar Care brand and location standards. She partners with the Owner, Director of Nursing, Customer Care Manager, and Community Liaison to enhance patient-centered care and drive business growth. Michelle also manages the recruitment team, ensuring compliance with internal processes and documentation, maintains appropriate staffing levels, and manages the skilled intake process to fulfill referrals. She builds and nurtures relationships with national accounts, pharmacies, hospitals, and skilled referral sources.

    Her previous experience includes leading a high-performing Account Management team at Helion Technologies, where she fostered client relationships and ensured overall customer satisfaction. At Element Fleet Management, Michelle managed a client service team, developing and reporting on key performance metrics, identifying trends, and implementing corrective action plans. At Harte-Hanks Data Services Inc., she implemented organizational changes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery, developed marketing strategies, and provided training on best practices, leading to increased revenue growth. Earlier in her career, Michelle held various positions at Trahan Burden & Charles Inc., Barry Blau & Partners, and MBNA America Bank NA, where she developed and managed direct marketing campaigns and built strong client relationships.

    Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a Major in Advertising from West Virginia University, where she earned the Presidential Award for Excellence in Scholarship. She was also a member of Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority and participated in Women’s Club Lacrosse.

    In addition to her professional accomplishments, Michelle's personal experience in coordinating home care for both of her parents has given her a deep understanding of the challenges and complexities involved in home healthcare. Michelle's leadership ensures that our Registered Nurses, Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists can effectively serve our clients' complex healthcare needs in their homes.     As Customer Care Manager for BrightStar Care of Bel Air MD, Whitney Rehling ensures every family receives responsive, reliable support across our full continuum of in-home care in Harford County—including companion care, personal care, skilled nursing care, and Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy. Drawing on more than a decade in senior care and healthcare operations, she leads day-to-day scheduling and care coordination, so each client’s RN-led Plan of Care is delivered seamlessly—whether for short visits or 24/7 care.

    Whitney began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Medication Technician, later advancing into leadership roles in assisted living and long-term care. That frontline experience informs her thoughtful approach to client communication, caregiver support, and problem-solving under pressure. At BrightStar Care of Bel Air MD, she partners closely with our nursing team, caregivers, and referral sources to align availability, skills, and preferences—helping families access the right level of support at the right time, including cases covered by commercial insurance.

With deep roots in the community and a passion for service, she helps families understand their options across our full continuum of care—from companion care and personal care to skilled nursing care and Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy—so each client receives the right support at the right time.

    Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree from Towson University, majoring in Human Services with a minor in Human Resources. Her professional experience includes roles in executive administration at CCBC, project management and HR at KCI Technologies, Inc., and Assistant Human Resources Director at American Design & Build in Bel Air. This broad background equips her to build strong partnerships, coordinate resources, and advocate for families seeking high-quality in-home care and 24/7 care access.

    As a person in long-term recovery, Jessica brings an added measure of empathy, resilience, and accountability to every interaction. Her lived experience has strengthened her community connections and informs a compassionate, solutions-focused approach that reflects BrightStar Care of Bel Air MD’s Higher Standard of Care.
