Don’t Miss This Year’s Free Aging Summit Hosted by the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency
This year’s Aging Summit, hosted by the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency is scheduled for June 28 at the Town & Country Convention Center in San Diego, with a second location at the California Center for the Arts in Escondido. The Summit will feature Joan Lunden’s live talk via satellite.
The event is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., is free at both locations, and is made possible by Sharp HealthCare. Lunden’s talk will focus on caregiver issues, healthy aging, and the importance of staying socially engaged.
Lunden, a long time Alzheimer’s awareness advocate, will share her life experience.
