KC and his team at BrightStar Care were very prompt and professional in their care of my father during his transition back home following his post-op care in a nursing home. KC personally met my father in the nursing home to confirm arrangements and answer questions, and was able to quickly confirm availability to provide 24 hour care over the weekend. He were also very flexible and responsive when we needed to push the start of my father's care back a day, and KC was kind enough to drive back to the nursing home to retrieve a medical device that had been left behind by mistake. My father reported that his home health aide was very pleasant and helpful, which gave me great peace of mind, as I live in another state. I highly recommend BrightStar Care services!

The BrightStar Care Team from people in the office to the caregivers in our home were the most comforting and kind people. I am 92 years old and have had caregiver “Sonya” since November 2023. She comes to my home three mornings a week for four hours. And provides the services I find somewhat difficult to do. My mobility requires the use of a cane. She does light housework, more than I would expect, washes my clothes, bathes me and makes my lunch. She also brings me grocery shopping, which is great, since I have difficulty carrying packages. She usually in a pleasant mood, singing softly while doing the chores. She is just what I need as I recover from my injury.

BrightStar Agency is a lifesaver at my group home! Their staff truly goes the extra mile, and the office does a fantastic job finding the right fit for us regardless of the shift.
