Living outside of AZ has been challenging trying to organize care for my mother. However, the office resource manager at BrightStar went above and beyond by assisting us and even responding to my text messages at all hours. Although we haven't started services due to other health issues such as my mom's medications and the need to ensure her safety, I must say BrightStar has been very knowledgeable and honest about the level of care they can provide. Once we have a better understanding of my mom's medical conditions, we will definitely reach out to BrightStar.

My father in law has needed caregiver services since this past December when he was hospitalized and he returned home weaker and more confused than his baseline. BrightStar was able to start care within a day of Christmas and has been so flexible with our family on scheduling and making sure we had the care we needed for my father in law. Currently, Monica is helping my father in law and she is AMAZING! She is such a dedicated and hard worker and always goes above and beyond for him! And he loves having her around - its been a great relationship and really helped him thrive! Additionally, when my grandma came home from the hopsital they were also able to provide caregiving services on a moment notice. The caregivers that have interacted with my family members have always been kind And patient. I would definitely recommend this company for any caregiving needs that you may have for your loved ones.
