I’d definitely rate my experience with BrightStar five stars. The recruiting team, especially Carmen, has been amazing, she’s incredibly helpful and made my onboarding process smooth and easy. I’d also like to highlight Amanda, who has been fantastic with training, always available to guide and support us whenever we need help. The scheduling team has been outstanding as well, always willing to work with us to adjust schedules and set us up for success with our clients. Hugo and Jillianna have been nothing short of incredible; they’re super accommodating, responsive, and overall remarkable individuals. Their flexibility and dedication truly create a strong, positive, and comfortable work environment. BrightStar has been a welcoming home for me, and the team members are genuinely some of the most compassionate and understanding people I’ve ever worked with. I feel so fortunate to be part of a company that truly cares.

The care (from Lupe primarily) for my Father from Bright Horizons exceeded my expectations. Working with them from the beginning of the process to get it started to the end, wrapping up what we needed was exceptional. All the caregivers were wonderful, warm and attentive. Helping with essentially your daily basic needs. I would recommend anyone use Bright Star and take advantage of their great service and staff. I will use them again!

I have been using BrightStar Care for the past 6-7 months of my cancer battle. My Home Health care provider is a blessing for me. From helping me get out of the bed, to straightening up around the home, to preparing meals. I am not sure where I would be without her help.

I am a disabled veteran, and I recently had the pleasure of Bright Star Care. Everyone in the office is clear, concise and helpful. Specially people like Sara, Arti and Hugo in the nursing department. I had an experience the other day with a new wheelchair it has it has a mounting For what they qualify for what they call a firefly which is an electric wheel the hooks on the front of the wheelchair I had not gotten to my chair well enough, and I had my foot in the wrong position as I was getting out of bed and rotating into my chair, I had the assistance of Mauro Flores, who helps me out Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday this day. I happen to rotate one of the support pegs right into my leg . If it had not been for Mauro Flores Quick thinking, I would’ve been injured twice as severely. He immediately grabbed me and supported me when this incident happened and got Peg out of my leg so that I can sit down . Mauro saved me from having a very large injury. I am so grateful for the quality of care and attention to detail in all aspects of Mauro help. Quality trained people and people who care this is Bright star thank you from the bottom of my heart ! Oct 2024 - I'd like to recognize and commend Caregiver, Nora, for her outstanding Home Care service she provides to my mother, June. During an emergency situation, Nora increased my mother's low blood pressure by lying her supine, elevating her feet and increasing her liquid intake, while consistently monitoring her blood pressure. Nora brings a wealth of experience, attention to detail and genuine, compassionate care to her amazing work ethics and home care duties. July 2024 - I wanted to give a shout out and a Big Thank You to Darlene & Jessica who go above and beyond in their duties. When Darlene is on duty the house is never more clean, tidy and smell so good, always paying very close attention to my mother's risk of falling. The other day Jessica perfectly responded to an emergency situation by calling 911 and lying my mother supine when she became altered, which greatly improved her condition prior to paramedic arrival. Thank you!
