I have been working as an infusion nurse with this company for a few mouths now. The office staff is very professional, supportive, and kind. As a field nurse I can always reach someone in the office with questions or concerns.The referrals/cases are always checked by intake/coordinators before given to field nurses making our job safer. The office staff reaches out to patients for follow ups and scheduling to grant safe and timely care of patients. The EMR is so far the most user friendly in my experience. Their app is an easy and valuable tool for communication, staffing, and celebration of employees. This branch with all its staff has always been very appreciative of my work and has made me feel at home. I highly recommend this place as an employee and to anyone needing care. Thank you!

We hired BrightStar Care after my dad came home from a major surgery and had been in the hospital for over 10 days. He required a registered nurse to provide him with IV nutrition and to clean out the line each day. In addition, the nurse helped my mom with the medications he needed to take. Heather was the coordinator who worked tirelessly to make sure that my parents had the help they needed. She was always easily accessible and very supportive. In addition, my parents were very impressed with the nursing care provided by Angela, Shayna, and Rebecca. Thank you!

My family really owes everything to John and the BrightStar Care staff. We were very uncertain of how to navigate taking care of my grandma after she had two strokes that left her mostly unable to coherently speak and with significantly worsened memory, which she was extremely ashamed and frustrated about. She was treated with so much patience, kindness, and care. For the first time since that initial stroke she didn't feel like a burden trying to have everyday conversations. Since she knew she would be treated with dignity and respect her stress never spiked, which noticeably improved her ability to speak and her overall mental health. She went from refusing to leave the house or interact with anyone outside of the family to having the confidence to see her old friends again after years apart from them. It was a night and day difference, and that's an experience you wouldn't trade for the world.
