We recently hired Bright Star to help cover drain care post surgery for my mom The entire time we had excellent communication from Kelly, Jean and Mary. We were sent updates and kept informed as to how the drain was doing, the drain amounts and we were altered to some possible concerns which was helpful in making sure we caught any complications as soon as possible. When our family got hit with a flu and could not be there to take care of things ourselves we reached out and the team was able to get us extra help to cover which made our stress significantly less and we were able to take the time to heal ourselves while knowing our loved one was covered which is invaluable. We had such awesome nursing help from Valerie, Bernadette, Myia, Sandell, Jean, Mary and again with Kelly helping us with the paperwork and the process of scheduling and answering our questions- we would definitely recommend working with them again. The staff has been wonderful with my Dad. He lights up whenever the next caregiver arrives. Nana, Trence, and Mable have gone above and beyond. I don't live in the area, but I can't describe what a relief it is knowing my Father is being so well taken care of.

Good Shepherd Lutheran Church provides respite opportunities for families of kids with disabilities once a month. We always have a nurse on staff for this wonderful event from BrightStar Care. During one of our respite Saturdays ljeoma was our nurse. She was so friendly, attentive, respective, professional and willing to help wherever was needed. We loved having her be a part of our day! Very pleased with this company. I like that they are available at all hours. Diane R. is my Dad's caregiver and she is really wonderful. She interacts with my Dad and takes very good care of him. We are so blessed to have her.

Blessing Christian is an amazing nurse. She jumps in and does whatever is asked of her, including caring for medically complex children. We love having her!
