I need to send out a thank you. I have been using Brightstar for about two years on a weekly service. Most of the caregivers have been really good at their jobs but on Wednesday 10/23/24 Jada was assigned for me and she was EXCELLENT. Being a caregiver takes compassion and care about doing their job. Jada has such a pleasent personality and was able to catch onto the flow of my personal needs and routine. I would accept her a regular caregiver on my recourring weekly visits. Thank you

Thank you BrightStar for providing such compassionate caregivers! I needed a caregiver to sit overnight with my mom in her Reminiscence Care Unit to make sure she remained safely in bed until her condition was stabilized. Arlene and Sonia were so wonderful to us. I can't thank you enough!

As an old widower with several health issues, I’ve had a great experience with Bright Star Care and especially my caregiver, Rochelle P. Rochelle is a very caring, supportive person—attentive, empathetic, dependable, and respectful of my desire to preserve as much independence as possible. I count on her help and understanding. We have had 4 care givers so far from BrightStar. Every one of them have been wonderful. Thomas had the first most difficult shift as my husband came home in pain from the hospital. His caring nature gained my husband’s trust through that shift through his attentiveness, care with the least pain and soothing talk. Dorcas had day shift and continued the caring comfort playing hymns to help soothe my husband’s restlessness. Blessing was very competent to handle my husband’s needs. Katrina’s experience and attentiveness to his needs has been complete. I can recommend any one of them for excellent care. The company has done an excellent job in hiring caring and competent people.

Karen is prompt, and when she gets here, she starts in on what I need and then asks if there is anything else that I need. After completing those jobs, Karen finds work that needs to be done. She will also play games with me.
