My mom has been with BrightStar Care's Mesa office for now almost 2.5 years. All her caregivers she has regularly helping out are awesome (Ashley G, Lindsi R, Robin Y, Amber W, Genevive K, and Danielle S also Antoinette who now is in the office but has helped my mom before). They know my mom's routine, are encouraging as she does her work to become more mobile, and she enjoys the time when they are in her home. The office is always helpful in figuring out plans when there is an unexpected change in schedule and always makes sure my mom has assistance. Cathy and April are always responsive and helpful the random occasions I have to call. Importantly, Cathy is great at finding caregivers that are great fits - all the caregivers my mom has are caring, personable, reliable, and know what they are doing.

Over the past 6 months, I have used 4 different HomeHealth agencies. I am so happy to finally have found BrightStar. They really care about their patients! The nurses I have had are very knowledgeable and caring. They keep you informed on your schedule and work with you for the best time available. I was having a problem, and the nurse called me on her own time to check on me. If you need HomeHealth care, don't settle for less than the best! You or your insurance is paying for your care, demand the best. Your health will thank you.

The top three qualities that come to mind is patient, well trained, and accommodating. I changed my specialty pharmacy but was able to keep my nursing service. I highly recommend their service. While you are in the middle of a health battle let them take care of you. They show up when they suppose to and do a great job!

I have nothing but great things to say about BrightStar. I am the caretaker of my 59-year-old autistic cousin John. He has lived with my family for the past 6 years after his mom (my Aunt) passed in 2019. He works 2 days a week and my family will take him places when time allows but with school and work that is somewhat hard at times. His case worker referred me to BrightStar after we were discussing other options and companionship for him. Our oldest daughter was just married and we knew our time with John would be limited, so a month prior we hired Christopher through BrightStar to hang with John and get to know him. He took him bowling, shopping, or just hanging at his place to play cards. By the time the wedding came, he was John's buddy. John is hard to read, he is verbal but only speaks to you when spoken to, so I don't always know what he is thinking because he has no emotional outlet, but when he knows Christopher is on his way, oh the smile on his face says it all. He loves his time with him. I am so beyond grateful for this program and that John has found his buddy. I honestly feel so much peace and so grateful that Christopher is part of our "family" for John. I hope he knows just how much we appreciate him. Thank you BrightStar. The Schuster family!!!

I’ve had great experiences with the entire team here. From coordinating visits to the nurses performing my care, I have nothing but great things to say. Ava, Sherry, Mackenzie, Heather. Robyn, and everyone else has been amazing!

Tiffany has been my care lady for a number of months now and I could ask for a better one. She works nonstop from the time she gets here, is charming and polite and i have never had an issue with her. Couldn’t possibly be any more pleased with her services

Antoinette C. is very very helpful at all times. She cooks and cleans like a dream! Whatever she needs to do, she always gets it done without me asking her. She is always on time and does not leave early. She drops off my mail when I need to send something. When we go out, she stays by my side and ensures my safety. She is very helpful when shopping. She is very pleasant to talk with and always courteous. She genuinely cares for all her patients and it shows. Whoever has her as a caregiver is super lucky. She will always be welcome in my home. I can’t say enough great things about her!

I really love Tiffany I love her work. She come in and start working and she does a excellent job. I like jane and Kayla they all do such a good job. I thank you so much for sending us good help.

My caregiver Tina is great. She does everything apart of my plan of care and she goes above and beyond.
