Alzheimer’s Impacts All Communities
LGBTQ people have some unique challenges with Alzheimer’s and dealing with loved ones with Alzheimer’s. The Alzheimer’s Association and Chase Brexton Health Care have a support group focused on enhancing the lives of individuals living with memory loss and their caregivers. The group provides a safe and confidential environment for conversation, support and resources and education.
