Team was great! They have a caring rep come out and get the details of what I needed and what my health issue would be. Very informative and educational. Really put me at ease as to what to expect. My assistant they assigned to me was Epha. She was excellent. She helped me with tasks I really needed done and even helped with laundry which I was incapable of doing after surgery. She was kind and supportive. She helped make a soup for us that we could eat for the week. I would recommend this service to anyone going through a surgery and needing a little extra help around the home. Nicole

We were recommended to BrightStar when dad was discharged from the hospital. Sonia and Julia (the schedulers) are super easy to call and adjust schedules as needed! Dad’s caregivers, Sandra and Lakieda, are wonderful! Listen to all of dad’s stories and do so many of the little necessary things that just make life better! Assist with laundry, errands, Dr appts, housework, a little bit of everything! Thank you BrightStar and all your staff!

Highly recommend BrightStar Care for any in home infusions. They took care of all scheduling and handled the process seamlessly. I got the pleasure of having Megan Padojinog as my nurse and she was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to calm my anxiety and talk me through everything that was going on. On really short notice, BrightStar Care had skilled hospice care at Mom's house -- 24 hours a day. Because of them, she was able to pass peacefully at home. We especially thank Dawn who was here with us throughout our Mother's time in hospice. Dawn's kindness and caring helped our Mother but also the rest of the family get through this difficult time.
