Jennifer has been the caregiver for my Mom Louise, and she is awesome! she works very hard to make sure our Mom gets clean, fed, and cared for each time she comes. Jennifer has a lot of experience and uses the concept of teamwork to motivate Mom and make chores seem fun. My Mom always has a smile on her face when Jennifer is here.

We have been with BrightStar now over a year & a half. Everyone has been wonderful to work with. We are delighted with the quality of care and would hire them again without hesitation. They are compassionate, polite, professional, knowledgeable, always there to help, and reasonably priced. We were especially satisfied with the attention given to our mother & her home by all their staff. It doesn’t matter who you speak with on their staff (who answer phones 24/7), they are terrific throughout the process. Mom’s caregivers, Leticia (Lety) & Natalie, make sure all the tasks needed to care for our mother are completed every visit. Lety is great to give us suggestions on how to make Mom’s home safer & Mom’s daily tasks more efficient & easier for Mom to accomplish. As they say, it takes a village & we deal with many of the BrightStar staff in order to care for our mother. The behind-the-scenes staff scheduling-Dee, Jhi, Cindy & Paula, Billing-Meg, Nurses-Cece, Debbie & Kirsten & Manager-Elizabeth, all help us accomplish this very over-whelming task. A very informative podcast given a family member had several minor strokes and had deteriorated over time. We heard this podcast and immediately got him to listen to his favorite classical music everyday for an hour or so and discussed the music. We also got an in home carer that lived at home so there was constant monitoring so as prevent any other
injuries. Additionally, what was very clear to us after listening to this podcast was that home care involves much more than just getting caregivers. Luckily we do have several doctors in the family which certainly helped to provide immediate guidance on other medical needs.
Great service and staff. Highly recommend for anyone needing compassionate yet professional care for their loved ones or friends
