Brightstar has been amazing for our family. They have helped us during a very difficult couple of months and we don't know what we'd do without them. BrightStar has been providing excellent support for a family member for 8 months. We started with 12-hour coverage and now have 24-hour caregivers. The scheduling staff does an excellent job of fitting the caregiver to the client then responds promptly if there might be a fit doesn't work. The office manager Wendy has gone above and beyond with making visits to my family member just to check in to see how the caregivers are working out with the client. She is in constant contact with me to make sure I'm pleased with how things are going. If I have a concern, she's there for me to reassure me that all is as it should be. I appreciate the care my loved one is receiving from BrightStar.
