Our caregiver, Trina Walker, is professional, encouraging, friendly, and a perfect fit for my husband. Thanks Trina for allowing me to have a day off and I never worry about him because I know he’s in great hands! We truly consider her as family!

Kayla is my sister’s caregiver during her journey with a broken ankle. She’s been such an amazing person. When I leave to work I know my sister is in great hands.

I’m the DON of BrightStar Care and I just wanted to leave a review commenting on my coworkers. Alan (and his brother Brent) are the owners. Alan manages the day to day operations and he is one of the fairest people I’ve ever worked for. He is professional and humble. Alan takes the time to be involved with his staff as much as possible, more so with the office staff, but always recognizes employees’ birthdays and anniversaries of their time with BrightStar Care. He tries to connect with the clients as well and has gone above and beyond with making sure specifics are taken care of. The other office staff (Dafanie and LaKeesha) are very professional in their positions as well. LaKeesha brought a lot of experience to the company in her job as sales/marketer. Dafanie is our branch manager who holds everything together and keeps us all running smoothly. We have some of the best caregivers and CNAs in the industry. As I go out into the homes for reassessments I hear many compliments given regarding the care our Caregivers give their clients. I’m proud to be a part of BrightStar Care of Memphis and would love to welcome new employees and new clients both to be a part of us.
