Being an elderly person who lives alone with no family in state, I have had to hire multiple times to provide transportation to and from medical procedures, stay with me throughout, and provide overall supervision afterwards including preparing a light meal, doing light chores, and picking up the ordered prescriptions post-procedure. I was familiar with BrightStar from my work in the healthcare field so I chose them and they did not disappoint. I appreciate the intake process with Ursula, so needs can be evaluated. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. All my caregivers were very good with Tamara being exceptional. She has the ability to size up a situation, problem-solve, and advocate appropriately. Her presence was reassuring and comforting to me in the anxiety I felt undergoing a certain procedure. When I next need to hire BrightStar, Tamara is my person...to the extent that I will plan my appointment around her availability!! But honestly, you can feel comforted if you chose to contract with BrightStar for your needs.

I was pleased with the car I received from Brightstar. I had three different caregivers for a week. They were all very nice and helpful. I'm sure they were doing things they hadn't done before and they came through for me. I also had one nurse come for four times and she was very nice, professional and thorough. I appreciate everything they did for me.

I have had only positive experiences with BrightStar Care. The nurses and aides have been, almost 100%, excellent in professionalism and care in our dealings with them. As with life, there may be some personality differences, but the problems were resolved immediately. I would recommend BrightStar to anyone looking for caretakers for their loved ones!

Ursula Uracs, RN Care Manager and Sarah Braas, Community Liaison, provided an in-home assessment for my sister one year ago (December 2023). They were prompt, courteous and attentive, and I appreciated the amount of time spent with her. Sadly, my sister passed in the ER one day before BrightStar Care was to start providing 24/7 home care. I am deeply grateful for their care, compassion and competence.

We are pleased with the care and attention our caregiver has shown both me and my husband, the patient. He has been a support to both of us during this hospice time in our senior lives.

I worked with (Linda) who was wonderful. She was attentive and so helpful assisting with making sure the whole process went smoothly. BrightStar was extremely responsive and made sure to find the most appropriate caregivers. All the caregivers went above and beyond.

Tulha, Phoebe and Isaiah are the best. They are more like family to me. You'll never regret giving them a call. They match up your family needs with the right person.
