We have been using BrightStar aides for about 6 months for my mother-in-law who lives with us: we have been very happy with BrightStar. The staff has been really great, working with us to provide good care, working within our schedule, and putting in lots of extra effort to find a replacement when an aide cannot make her shift. Some of our hours can be a bit odd, but that doesn't faze the BrightStar staff. Andrea the head scheduler is really great, always pleasant (even when we contact her outside normal office hours), listens to whatever concerns we have, and goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. The aides, each with their own strengths, have been pleasant, attending to Mom's safety, needs, and companionship without complaint. They have also listened to our requests and given us needed respite. Niaija, Tarsha, and Jackie have been especially great: always pleasant, engaging, and eager to interact with mom. BrightStar has been a huge help to us, and we would gladly recommend them to others.

Once again, BrightStar was there when we needed them. My father-in-law was discharged from the hospital with a supplemental oxygen requirement. Needless to say, at 86 this was a significant change for him. BrightStar was able to quickly get us qualified assistance for overnight safety and daytime activities of daily living. Amy was assigned for the majority of the time we needed assistance. Right away, we could see that Amy was experienced and competent. More importantly, she truly cares and my father-in-law felt safe and comfortable with her. Thank you BrightStar for pulling through for us during this difficult time and thank you Amy for being so good to my father-in-law!

I am very pleased with all the people who support this agency. They are always polite and helpful. In particular I want to commend Dianne Hood, my care giver. She always has a positive attitude, works hard to get all the things I need done, and is a pleasant companion while doing so. I give her a lot of variety of things to do. For example, I am unsteady on my feet and she has helped me get my dogs to the vet and the groomer. She helps me to shop for groceries, hardware, and beauty supplies. We find places thar have scooters aqnd she locates them and drives them up to my car. She brings groceries up the stairs and makes my bed. I enjoy her company very much. Couldn't be more pleased!!!

Needed short term assistance with my mom who suffers from Dementia. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Diana was outstanding with mom, a true asset to your team!

My family has been using BrightStar for the last two months, and I've been completely satisfied by their customer service, flexibility, and quality of health providers. Most recently we've had Tamanika taking overnight shifts to care for my father, and she's been nothing short of perfect in support of his needs. We're grateful for Tamanika's care during a tough time.

While visiting from out of town with my family for a few days, May came into work and she’s a God send! She is very, very pleasant and she goes above her call of duties. The few days I was there she always came on time and stayed past her clock out time. Your company has a jewel in having May as a representative. Kudos to you May!
