BrightStar is such a beautiful facility inside and out. Every single staff member in this building has such a kind heart and caring attitude. Each member of the staff truly cares about each and every resident, as well as the resident's families. There is never a day when you will walk into BrightStar and not be greeted by the staff and residents with a smile. Delta, the Assistant Administrator, will be there to greet you at the front door with a bright smile and if you ever have a question, she will always have an answer or, if not, will be able to point you in the direction of someone who does. The kitchen staff at BrightStar make amazing food and really go all out in the day-to-day cooking, but especially with holiday meals. Sarah, the Life Enrichment Director, provides the most wonderful activities and entertainment to the residents. Sarah makes sure all residents are involved and interacting in her activities, and you can tell the residents truly love what she does with them and for them. The caregivers and nurses are the glue to this facility and every single one of them goes above and beyond in every way imaginable. Candace, the Director of Health and Wellness, Kristi, the Scheduling Coordinator, and Michaela, the Executive Director, are all some of the best managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Each one of them brings a warm, positive attitude to BrightStar and they are all willing to help out in any way they can. Coming to BrightStar has been a big change for me career-wise, but I can absolutely say this has been such a positive work environment to be a part of and I am very grateful to be welcomed into this facility with such open arms from everyone. I would highly recommend BrightStar if you are looking for a facility to move your loved one into!

If you want to make sure your loved one is well-cared for, bring them to BrightStar. This facility is so unique and has an incredible atmosphere. From BrightStar’s sincere receptionists, the ambitious culinary team, the skilled and experienced nurses, the compassionate caregivers, the attentive housekeeping/maintenance department, the engaging activities and entertainment, and the responsive management team, you could not find anywhere better to live. You will often even see members of BrightStar corporate around, checking in and connecting with everyone. It is a beautiful facility and while still roomy, it is smaller which I love because it promotes individuality. If you asked any team member about any resident they could immediately tell you about them and their likes and dislikes off the top of their head. I have never been in a facility with a staff that cares SO much about the people that live there. The residents here are wonderful and welcoming. The staff is trained in dementia and behavioral responses and they handle each case with dignity and compassion. It is an extremely special place to be and I can’t wait to see how it continues to grow.

BrightStar hosted an amazing trick or treat! Walking in you could feel the excitement and love from all of the staff! Seeing the residents light up while handing out candy was my favorite part! An absolutely beautiful senior living! My kids personal favorite was employee Meekas tattoo booth! ED michela always put on fabulous events! Can’t wait for the next one!

The staff at Brightstar are exceptional in every way. You can tell they enjoy caring for their residents. The quality relationships between staff and residents is a great thing to see.

Our mother is currently at Brightstar. We chose Brightstar bc it is a smaller care center and we knew our mother would have wonderful care. The care that she has been given is wonderful. We have been very happy with our choice. We also adore Delta- she is the kindest - and sends pics to of us our mother. My family would recommend Brightstar to anyone looking for care for a parent or family member.

BrightStar is a first class senior living facility. Our mom has been there since May of 2024 and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is always so helpful and accommodating. They answer all my questions promptly and are always available. Our family couldn’t be happier knowing our mom is so being so well taken care of. Delta alone deserves 5 stars!
