Gloria is upbeat, positive, nurturing when I'm struggling & I'm definitely well cared for during my 2 days of in-home infusions. We needed someone to come care for our mom so my dad who is her caregiver could go watch their grandson play baseball.
Ashley A came and was outstanding. Not only did she help mom with personal cares she needed assistance with, she also did housekeeping to help so that when my dad got home it took the load off him.
The best was we asked her to help mom with her phone to see my nephew up to bat, she did that and helped mom video a congratulations to him.

In regard to Katelyn and Christina, I was very happy with the care and services. I rate them both an A++. It was a pleasure to meet them, I can't tell you how happy I was with them. I wish that each one would move next-door to him one on each side.
I would like to recognize Sarah Clark, for her outstanding work as my care provider.. From the time she started last January until she had to leave this September, she provided excellent, dedicated, skilled service. Sarah is one of the top caregivers in the Brightstar Company and worthy of special recognition
It's tough enough to provide professional, compassionate, medical care in a hospital or care center. When an RN enters a private home to do the same, that task becomes doubly difficult when you consider pets, well-meaning but obtrusive family members, and any number of other hurdles facing the caregiver. BrightStar Care has met those challenges superbly at every turn and challenge. Communication, schedule flexibility, follow-through have all been top notch. Special kudos to my caregiver, Marla Preader, for communication and helpful suggestions for my needs.
