Well, if you’re stuck at home and need nursing assistance, their people are as good as it could get, it’s never nice being stuck at home and sick. I don’t remember all the nurses names but the two I have most recently I’ve had a few times each were Daylissa and Mandie they were professional, and a pleasure to spend time with being my infusion, took two hours each. I also had a gentleman from the same agency and he was incredible also. I would pray that nobody needs home health care, but if Very professional, timely and I can’t see what their fees are like because I don’t see the insurance bills yet

I want to express my gratitute for my nurse Barbara Martinez. She has been my RN for going on 5 years now for my monthly infusions. She is kind, loving, and the best nurse ive had. She accomodates me if I need to make a change in my schedule. She has become a part of our family, and we are forever greatful for her and her kindness and skills. Thank you for her!

Husband (with pneumonia) was discharged from CC Martin North into the Home Hospital Program where he was visited by BrightStar nurses twice daily to dispense meds, take vitals and served as the intermediary professional between the home patient and the virtual hospital. While the home hospital program and its unique telecommunications between the on demand online nurse or doctor is reassuring, there is nothing that calms your separation anxiety from the hospital than being visited by a professional nurse who coordinates in real time with the hospital nurse and doctor coordinator. Our consistent morning nurse was a consummate professional named Caitlin who daily dispensed proper medication, taking vitals, etc. Her professional demeanor, expertise, patience and familiarity with the technology was exactly what this anxious patient and home caregiver needed! The evening nurses were different each night, but were professional, empathetic and also made us feel comfortable with this unusual but welcome home hospital program.

Mandie was our nurse for my mother that we seen the most. We had several others as well, Mandie, who was absolutely one of the best nurses we have ever had. She was patient, kind, caring, and empathetic. She took her time explaining everything with my mother. In a time when we felt overwhelmed, we were thankful to have her.

I had last minute surgery and this place was referred to me. They are very accommodating and professional and very helpful. So happy with there service

The management and staff were very helpful and always were prompt in returning phone calls. The employees were very knowledgeable about the services that are offered. I will call on them if we need services.
