I would give this company 10⭐️s if I could. They have been absolutely incredible! My elderly parents started out, reluctantly with 2 days a week for a few hours and as their needs progressed BrightStar and their incredible Staff have been with us. We now have 24/7 care for my parents. They love the staff and we love them! A huge thank you to all staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

BrightStar provided our family a very valuable service after my mom passed. The caregivers compassion exceeded our expectations. They accommodated our ever changing schedule and even found us caregivers on short notice when we had another family emergency pop up.

Scott was moved to inpatient hospice and died before BrightStar could actually provide care, but our family very much appreciated the timely and professional response as we were researching options in a fast-changing situation. Jean and Michelle worked quickly and compassionately to offer us options. We cannot thank them enough.

Words can not express the care that my mom received from Katie her companion. Mom was not interested in having someone to come into her home and just be there, whether it was to have a conversation, take her to the store or do simple tasks around the house. Mom connected to Katie right away, She was on time, treated mom with respect and did whatever was asked of her. The agency was very caring.. The nurse did the assessment and thou mom did not need nursing care they were aware of her health issues and we knew if Katie thought something was not right she would contact the office. Being a nurse myself I am always looking for faults and areas to improve in. I would highly recommend Bright Star-Baraboo, They provided the quality of care we were looking for, kept the lines of communication open, were professional and on time. Katie completed everything that was asked of her with a smile and mom looked forward to her next visit with Katie.!

Brightstar has helped me stay in my own home by giving me great homecare services (shower and dressing help, shopping and cooking assistance and helping me with any needs I have}. They are always on time and listen to what I need for the day once they arrive. Whenever I call the office, Michelle and Nichole help me with any issues I am experiencing, The visiting nurse, Richard, is thorough and helps me with my medical needs and questions. My family and I are extremely pleased with Brightstar's In Home care. From the RN who does assessments (Richard), to our in home team (Patrick has been with us since day 1) and Michelle in the office- our interactions have been positive and professional. My father has dementia and having Brightstar on board has kept him in his home much longer than we ever dreamed. I work as a hospital discharge planner, and consider my family extremely lucky to work with Brightstar (I meet lots of families who have had bad experiences with their in-home agencies). My dad's care team has stayed consistent, attendance has been good, and our care top-notch. We are grateful to have found Brightstar!

We have been working with Brightstar for almost 3 years. Michelle, Richard, and Patrick have all been exceptional in helping us take care of our father and keep him in his home. Now, as his condition has progressed and he has had to move to a long-term care facility, they have once again given us peace of mind by providing extra one-on-one care in the new factility. We are very grateful for their help and expertise as we navigate the entire process of caring for our beloved father.

I like that they have been extremely helpful and reliable. They get her to do things she won't do for me. I appreciate that they are patient and how they interact with her. They do exactly what she needs to have done, and they encourage her beyond her initial response, which is always 'no.'

They were very thorough, very professional, always on time, kept notes and the caregivers gave me so much information as my mother got progressively worse. I had to quit my job, and it's been incredibly difficult. Having people that you could call up to ask questions, was amazing. They were fabulous. They immediately let me know if there were any shift changes, and they were very organized.
