My husband recently has needed home nursing care. We have been very pleased at the efficiency and care my husband has received from nurse Tiffany and nurse Emelia. They have trouble shot issues, scheduled the appointments around our schedule, and contacted us throughout the week to check if everything is going well. When we have had issues, they have made special appointments to resolve the problem. The office staff has even called during that time to help troubleshoot and check on my husband. We have never been so pleased with home nursing care. Everyone my husband has dealt with, or I have worked with have been so caring and knowledgeable. We also had the good fortune to have two nurses, so my husband could count on either one of them, if our schedule changed due to doctors appointments. That was brilliant, so he did not have to go, over everything, because both nurses knew his case and any issues he was having. I highly recommend that in the future. We will definitely request Brightstar and Tiffany and Emelia if either one of us need home nurse care again.

BrightStar Care is very caring and flexible. They sent us a wonderful and compassionate caregiver who helped my dad from September 2023 up until he passed away this month, February 2024. Communication with them is great, they are willing to work with schedule changes as needed. I highly recommend them.

Rita is an exceptional, dedicated nurse. It's amazing how much compassion, kindness, and detailed attention she gives me. She is very professional and experienced and I'm so happy she takes care of me.

Our caregiver from BrightStar, Shirley, has been with us for some time now. She is steady, consistent, and very punctual. These traits have brought a sense of stability in a time of change since bringing elderly parents to live with us. But she is much more that this to us. She is kind, loving and considerate as she cares. She is patient and rolls with the punches. Recently, our home was without power for three days and we had no ability to move my father-in-law to another place. As always, Shirley came on time every day without complaint for how chilly or dark our house was. She provided excellent care and worked tirelessly to ensure he was clean, warm, and safe. Any other person would have left the challenging situation, but Shirley remained steadfast. Our family could not have made it through everyday, let alone the power outage, without Shirley. She is a gem.

I want to give a raving 5star review for Latoya of BrightStar. Being a caregiver takes patience, skill, flexibility, consistency and a huge amount of compassion- and she has all of this and more.. As a full time caregiver I know first hand what it takes and what it feels like to leave your love ones in the hands of someone else temporarily. From her first day Latoya made both my mom and myself feel at ease with her ability and commitment to care for her-and she knows how to use a hoyer lift!!!!!! I'm so glad and thankful she is apart of my mother's caregiving team

I can't say enough good things about my mother's aide Kathy Carter. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and has been enormously helpful in getting my mom (and our family) settled into her new home in an independent living community. Tremendously knowledgable about elder care, Kathy anticipates needs, makes great suggestions, and compassionately supports my mom with whatever she needs. She even texted me when my mother was hospitalized to ask how she was doing. Kathy is such a reassuring presence in my mother's life and mine.

My mother had a new weekend aide who was on time, and looked for ways she could clean my mother's house. It has not been like this with other caregivers and my mother needs this type person. Lisa was very personable and helpful at every single request for help but also was proactive which my mother also really needed. So thank you Lisa for being such a gem.

I begain my infusion in August every 4 weeks. I requested morning. My nurse Liz Moser arrived on time, explain to me how infusion are done . She is very good at her job. I am very please with the service I am getting. This week I had implant done on me and Liz was very caring and made sure I was very comfortable. Thank Liz for the great job you are doing taking care of me.
