BrightStar Care was a lifesaver for our family! Having our Mom in Assisted Living and then Long Term care with none of the family close by meant we needed caregivers who could consistently be there for our Mom and keep us updated on her needs and any concerns. Monica and Carolyn were the 2 caregivers who provided us with peace of mind in a difficult situation. Knowing they were caring for our Mom gave us confidence to know she was well taken care of. We are so grateful for there help!!!

I called Brightstar to inquire about services for a client. I was greeted by Teresa who is very knowledgeable and passionate. Although we did not go the homecare route, Teresa was a breath of fresh air in a hectic situation. She made us feel comfortable and supported. Healthcare is a tough field and can be very stressful. It's good to know there are still people out here that really care. If I ever need this service in the future, she will be my first call.

We needed care ASAP for my father and Teresa met personally with our family to arrange caregivers right away. This lowered our stress level and allowed us to focus our energies on our loved one. All of the caregivers were professional, kind, and compassionate. Danielle and Mary were his primary caregivers and the we were very grateful to have them support not only my dad, but the whole family during the last couple of months of his life. Nurse George was also great at organizing the plan of care. We were lucky to have Brightstar Care as our in home care provider.

My mother, Teresa Jones, is the Customer Care Manager for this company and she truly exemplifies what this company stands for. In a parental sense, she is compassionate, caring, forgiving, and relentless in her dedicated pursuit to provide the best home environment and emotional support possible for her children, grandchildren; She has sacrificed and dedicated a lot of her time to not only the raising of her children but in the aid of her own elderly mother. In a professional sense, she takes her natural empathetic nature and goes above and beyond her job position to ensure QUALITY, authentic care for all of the clients she oversees. When a caregiver is unable to be with a client, she has always been willing and able to step outside of herself to do not only what is necessary, but what is right. She loves what she does and it shows in her actions and work ethic. She take this company to the next level and she leaves an impact wherever she goes. She is a mother. She is a worker. We’ve been using BrightStar for over a year now for my mom who has Alzheimer’s. Her caregiver, Debbie, is wonderful and truly cares about my mom and her well being. She keeps us informed and goes above and beyond for her. My sister and I want to allow my mom to stay in her home as long as she is able and this wouldn’t be possible without the care that BrightStar and Debbie provide.

Bright Star has been a great experience and I appreciate them in taking care of all of my needs as a Disabled Veteran. The caregiver they has assign me to is Carolyn Shields and she has truly been a blessing in helping me organize with my everyday needs.

BrightStar Care Williamsburg, VA employee Beth Logan provided exceptional nursing services to me for up to twelve hours a day from January 4, 2023 to early February 2023.
